This transformative initiative is designed to support and uplift young girls from underserved communities by providing them with access to uninterrupted, high-
quality education and the guidance they need to thrive.

This phase extends academic scholarships to 30 deserving girls, supporting their educational journey from Class 11 through graduation. More than just financial
assistance, the program is structured to be a holistic support system—covering tuition fees, essential academic resources, and personal mentorship. It addresses the various barriers that often force girls to drop out of school, such as economic hardship, lack of guidance, or societal pressure.

Each selected beneficiary receives personalized mentorship and encouragement, helping them not just to excel academically, but also to build confidence, leadership qualities, and life skills. The program instills in them a belief that their dreams are valid and achievable. It nurtures not only scholars, but changemakers — young women who are equipped to become self-reliant and who can in turn uplift their families and communities.

BNWF Balika Chhatravriti is about much more than education—it’s about restoring hope, creating equal opportunities, and driving long-term impact. By investing in the education of these young girls, we are  investing in the future of entire communities. An educated girl is more likely to lead a healthy life, participate in economic development, and advocate for education within her own family.

Through this initiative, BN Welfare Foundation reaffirms its belief in the power of education to break the cycle of poverty and transform lives. The second phase of
Balika Chhatravriti is a testament to our enduring mission to ensure that no girl is denied the right to learn, grow, and lead—because when we educate a girl, we empower a generation.
