Mission Yogya Convocation Ceremony
A truly proud and inspiring moment for BNWF, the Mission Yogya Convocation Ceremony marked the successful transformation of students from underprivileged backgrounds into skilled, confident professionals. The event, held at our Noida office, celebrated the achievements of trainees from three key vocational trades—Sewing Machine Operation (SMO), Data Entry Operator (DEO), and General Duty Assistant (GDA) – who had completed rigorous training under the Mission Yogya program.
This milestone event was not only a recognition of their dedication and hard work but also a celebration of the power of skill-based learning to change lives. The students were awarded NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) certifications, which significantly boost their employability and open doors to meaningful career opportunities. Many of the graduates had already secured job placements, demonstrating the program’s real-world impact and its role in fostering financial independence.
The convocation also featured beautiful cultural performances by the students themselves. A graceful Vandana dance set a celebratory tone, while a powerful Nukkad Natak (street play) creatively depicted the transformative journey of a family empowered through skill development—a daughter training in GDA, a son in DEO, and their mother finding confidence and employment through SMO. The performance captured the very essence of Mission Yogya: empowering not just individuals, but entire families, creating a ripple effect of progress and hope.
